The Tattoo is only visible under a UV black light and then only after it has been exposed for around a minute or so.

Personality Profile
Personality: Richard is fairly quiet and reserved, due to his upbringing in the culture of the Tirads in Hong Kong . That being said he also likes to do anything he does with that extra bit of flair, if there is an easy way and a more stylish but more risky way of achieving an objective he will almost always choose the stylish way of doing things. The only exception to this is situations where failure can not be an option. These two sides of his personality quite often clash in interesting ways with him frequently doing something others would openly stare at as frankly amazing and then simply nodding quietly to them and then walking away quietly as if nothing had happened.
He is very loyal to his team despite his usual suspicion of peoples motives and will bend over backwards to assist any of his team members or contacts in a pinch, leading to him having a good network of contacts that are as loyal to him as he is to them. There is only one thing that he truly hates and that is a traitor, even a traitor to an enemy, if he encounters someone like this he is almost certain to try and “put them out of their misery” if its within his power and the situation allows but will certainly find them beneath contempt and treat them as such in any interactions he has with them.
When speaking English he speaks it with a clear British accent but it is indefinable in its origin. His Chinese is clearly southern in its accent though.

Strengths: Richard is an exceptional agent and has many years of experience despite his young age. He has often worked as a deep cover agent for his past employers his telepathy helping him out of several close situations by pulling the answer an alarmed subject was looking for to reassure them from their own mind.
Weaknesses: Richard is very much a lone wolf operator, in the past he was part of a team where one of the members turned out to be a traitor that sold out the team leading to every other members capture and or elimination after they had been tortured for information. This leads Richard to always be suspicious of every one he works with he is usually very good at keeping this suspicion in check but it’s always there under the surface, leading most people to feel uncomfortable when in the same room as him but not be able to pinpoint what it is that makes them feel antsy.
Interests/Skills: Richard has a slightly strange range of skills until you think on his unconventional background. Due to his youth on the streets of Hong Kong he is a highly advanced martial artist in both street Kung Fu and Kenjutsu (or “The method of the Sword”), he is also quiet adept at gaining entry to secure facilities by picking locks or bypassing security systems, one could say he was skilled at Breaking and Entering apart from the fact that he prides himself on not needing to resort to the Breaking part of that phrase, as part of this time in his life he also developed very keen skills at slipping into the background whether that is slipping into and throught the shadows on a dark night or back into a crowd on a street. His fine-tuned reaction speeds and dexterity lent themselves well to the pilot training he received when shipped out to Mars leading to his job there as a shuttle pilot of the Mega-Corps before his joining of and employment by Ares. He is also a skilled motorcycle rider.

History/Background:
Richard Montenegro Li was born into one of the oldest families in Hong Kong from the beginning of British rule of the islands unfortunately during one of the many political upheavals in the years following the end of the contract giving control of the islands to the British his family was killed in a hit organised by opponents to his families controversial political standpoint that the island should return to British control or declare independence. Almost his entire family was killed during a family reunion at a restaurant in Kowloon when a bomb was set off in the basement of the building to make it look like a gas explosion. Being only 10 at the time Richard found himself with no family, only the clothes he stood up in and a need to survive he subsisted on what he could wrest for himself as part of the street gangs of the city. Slowly he worked his way up in the White Dragon Triad his western feature often setting him apart from many of his colleagues but his skills and determination making him too valuable to his groups Grandfather to be unnoticed or unrewarded especially after his latent Post Human abilities began to show themselves after his 16th birthday. During a mission running weapons through the port one of the team Richard was working with betrayed the rest to the security forces working for a rival Triad leading to a raid on the operation resulting in the deaths of Richards entire team with the exception of himself and the traitor. With his identity blown the only way to protect him was to send him off planet as part of the new colony drive to Mars and the Triads attempts to set up operations in these new colonies and mining concerns. Upon arrival Richard soon found out that all was not as promised in the vidverts advertising the colony projects under the megacorps although through his position in the Triads he was spared the worst being hired on as a shuttle pilot he still saw what was done every day to those poor wretches that hadn’t read their colony contracts closely enough. When Ares Liber started to show their heads above the parapet so to speak he went to his Triads Grandfather and left the organisation with all debts to them paid off several times over. With his mind clear he went in search of the Ares rebels and joined their operators. He proved himself to them over and over again becoming one of their top agents and when the resistance called in need of a top operatives assistance he was sent as one of their best.

You are pursuing a Post-human villain. During the chase some passers-by are endangered. If you stop to save them the villain will escape for now. If you continue the chase, the civilians will likely die.
Adrenalin raced through Richards system as he sprinted from cover to cover down the access corridor, he had the bastard he finally had him after all these years, the traitor that had betrayed his team to death for a few extra dollars! A bullet ricoched off the machinery Richard had taken cover behind as the man up ahead fired wildly over his shoulder to keep Richard far enough back that he had a chance of escape. As the man turned the last corner on the corridor leading to the airlock and escape Richard sprinted after him skidding into the cover offered by the turn. The man had come to a halt in front of the airlock hitting the button to start the airlock cycling to open on this side, quickly pulling on the light emergency enviro suit he’d need to survive outside pulling up the last seal as Richard reached the corner and stepped out into the corridor aiming the heavy pistol in his hand at the traitor who grabbed a small remote in his left hand and pushed his thumb onto the red button on the side. Shit a deadman’s switch! Who knows what it activates but knowing this bastard it could be anything!
“Stop right there you bastard, you’r not getting out of here that easily!”
“No Ghost you stop right where you are you wont risk them you know what I could have done with this little gadget… a little C4 in the cresh, a demo charge on the dome’s skin who knows…”
“You don’t have the right to call me that anymore Fisher, not since you betrayed us!” Richards could hardly contain his anger at this prick, his anger briefly overcoming his better judgement he took a couple of steps forward…
“Ghost you should have left well enough alone, now you’ve forced my hand…” The traitor slipped his thumb off the button he’d been holding down a moment before. Suddenly the ground shuddered under Richard’s feet as remote detonators set off deep below the mining outpost. “You were supposed to die in that raid, they promised me that much at least. Now you gone and gotten more people in danger, you should have left well enough alone.” Stepping back into the Airlock he hit the button to cycle the air and let him out onto the martian surface outside.
Richard had to choose and choose fast the remote explosive had certainly destroyed the atmosphere generators as the stilled air vent on the wall attested to, if he took the shot it would shatter the glass of the Airlock venting the atmosphere killing hundreds of colonists that already only had less than an hour to evacuate. With a sigh Richard put up his pistol that had been trained on that bastard through the glass pane of the airlock, the traitor had an evil grin as the airlock finally finished cycling and he escaped out into the Martian night.
"I'll get you Fisher... I'll get you yet you bastard..." Richard promised as he turned his back with disgust on the airlock and ran back toward the alarms of the complex to start getting people onto the evac shuttles and to his day job as one of those shuttles pilots.
